Membership in USA Archery is a privilege granted by USA Archery. That privilege can be withdrawn by USA Archery at any time where a member's conduct is determined to be inconsistent with the best interest of the sport of archery and of the athletes we are servicing. According to the Dec. 12, 2015 update to the USA Archery Bylaws, section 15.12: when a Hearing Panel decision has been rendered in a matter where the discipline imposed is suspension, permanent expulsion or permanent ineligibility, USA Archery shall make the details of the disciplinary decision public to all members.
The centralized Disciplinary Database for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement includes all records from the U.S. Center for SafeSport from March of 2017 onward, as well as known historical disciplinary records received from and certified by the National Governing Bodies (NGBs) concerning individuals who have been sanctioned and rendered ineligible for sexual misconduct offenses.
